Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss -Kiss me Coral Review and Swatches

Hi Friends,

Today I am going to share my experience with Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in the shade Kiss me Coral .Revlon’s Super Lustrous Lipstick range needs no introduction as we all makeup addicts know about some beautiful shades in this range. I was missing a coral shade in my gloss collection and when I saw this Lip gloss at Revlon’s counter I decided to give it a try. So let’s find out whether it impressed me or not.

Price – Rs 550 for 3.8 ml

Packaging – Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss comes in a regular transparent bottle and black cap with brand name printed on a golden band at the upper side of the bottle. It is easier to find out shade if you are in a hurry because of the transparent bottle if you have more than one shade in your kitty. The shade name is written at the bottom of the bottle. The applicator is nothing special it is the regular doe foot applicator which I find convenient to use. All the ingredients, price, quantity and such other details are mentioned on the bottle.

Shade – These are available in 12 different shades. It is semi-transparent coral red shade. It looks orange in the bottle but when applied is natural coral. You can layer it for more intense colour but a single coat gives you a natural coral lips perfect for college girls and every day wear. There are some glitters but they are not visible on lips but by looking closely into the mirror I noticed some glitters on my lips after removing the gloss. It can be topped on your favourite coral lipstick for additional shine and moisture.

Texture and Finish – The gloss is moisturising and shining. It is non-sticky and provides semi-transparent colour to the lips. It is perfect when you don’t want to worry about lipstick colour wearing off or setting unevenly on lips. It is not heavy at all and plumps lips with moisture. It glides smoothly on lips and does not stain. I don’t find any smell in the gloss which bothers me and it is tasteless.

Staying power – As we all know lip glosses have low staying power so it also does not have an exceptional staying power. It lasts for 3 hours without meals and after which shines starts to fade slowly. It cannot survive full meals.

  • Revlon Super Lustrous glosses have low staying power like other glosses.
  • This is semi-transparent glosses so not for people who have pigmented lips.
