In the Balm of Your Hands Greatest Hits Palette Vol 2 :Review and Swatches

Hello beautiful people,

Today I am going to review a face palette from the brand The Balm Cosmetics.I always wanted to try some products from The Balm since it is an expensive brand in India I never got an opportunity to try them.Mary lou manizer and bahama mama bronzer are cult favourites among beauty lovers and were in my wish list for a long time.Recently the balm was having 50% off sitewide so I thought it is the best time to grab some stuff. This  palette grabbed my attention .It has all the best seller face makeup products from the brand.I loved the idea so much that I immediately ordered one from an instagram seller.

My Thoughts about In the Balm of your hands Greatest Hits Vol 2 Palette

Packaging – It comes in a sturdy white cardboard packaging with a collage picture of all the balm face products in their original packaging. The outer cover is also same as the original palette. At the back of the palette the details and names of the products are mentioned. It has clear  big mirror which is a bonus.Overall I found the packaging very unique and travel friendly.

Pigmentation and Texture – All the shades are very pigmented.A little goes a long way with all the products. The blushes are smooth and buttery .They blend beautifully into the skin.Blushes from The balm are very popular because of their amazing quality and blendablity. I did not find them chalky or patchy.Even the darker colours performed very well. They are not too powdery so there is very less kickback.

Shades : It has all the mini sizes from different balm eyesadows, blushes and bronzer. It has:

matte reed “from the balm meet matt(e) trimony palette – It is dark matte brown.Very pigmented and smooth.

“firm” from nude tude palette – It is  a shimmery  dusty bronze colour.A beautiful all over the lid colour.

Staying power: All the products have good staying power. These stay for around 6 to 8 hours. They does not crease on my eyelids..

Overall,I think it a great idea to have different mini products in one palette. It is so convenient while travelling. It is great palette if you want to try different products from the balm .I  purchased it during the sale which is a total steal for me.I am very happy that I grabbed this palette. One thing I want to mention is that this palette is not available on Nykaa yet so if you want to try you have to get it through instagram sellers.I totally recommend this palette.

I hope you found it useful.

Thank you for reading

Bye.
