Colourpop Lux Lipstick What if : review and swatch

Colourpop Colourpop Colourpop Colourpop is every where.I absolutely love their products.They launch their first ever bullet lipstick called lux lipstick in 30 shades.They claim it to be as luxurious as any luxury brand’s product.Initially I was not interested in it.People love them and they became out of stock very fast.Then I thought lets see what the hype is all about.So I got one from an Insta store.Lets begin with the review.

Price : 7 USD .I got it for Rs 550.

Product claims :

LUX it up. Enriched with our LUX Blend of butters, this creamy-matte, long wearing lipstick glides on the skin for intense pigmentation in shades made for every skin tone.

My thoughts about Colourpop Lux Lipsticks

Packaging : It comes in a rose gold packaging with star embossed allover.The packaging looks pretty and luxurious.It is not flimsy at all.The actual bullet also have star engraved which looks beautiful.It has color coded sticker at the bottom with shade name.

 

Pigmentation and Texture : The pigmentation is bomb.It is opaque and one swipe is enough for even application.It feels creamy and luxurious.The formula is very comfortable and hydrating.It is not transfer proof but transferring does not affect the intensity of the color.It is long wearing and can survive meal.

Staying Power : It stays for around 6 hours with meals and light snacking.The staying power is incredible for a bullet lipstick.
